Obituary for David Lee Reynolds

David Lee Reynolds, 76, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Bronson Methodist Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 8, 1940, the son of Ralph Acton Reynolds and Margaret Nellie (Blackport) McKinley. He was raised in Kalamazoo by his mother and his loving step-father, Horrus Howe.
Dave was a member of the United States Navy and retired from Eaton Corp. after 23 years. He was passionate about sports; he was an umpire for high school baseball for 10 years and a referee for high school football for 21 years. He and his wife were strong in their faith and were members of the Solid Rock Bible Church in Delton.
Dave is survived by his Wife of 55 years - Mary (Phillips) Reynolds of Kalamazoo, Michigan; Children, David Reynolds Jr., Becki Dingman, Tiffany Reynolds, Amy Stillwell, and Kim Waters; eighteen Grandchildren; fourteen Great-Grandchildren; Sisters, Sherri Fitch, Diane O'leary, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his Brother, Tom Reynolds.
Dave adored his family and always enjoyed time spent with them. He also loved to hunt and fish when he found the time.
