Eunice Emma Bauserman, 77, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018, at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. She was born on December 5, 1940, the daughter of Harold Rigel and Dorothy (Stevens) Rigel.
Eunice was always on the go, whether she was lending a helping hand to those in need or catering to her family, she never stopped. She was a member of the Kalamazoo Tractor Club. She was a previous volunteer for The Home Grange 129and did a ton of work for the fairs. Eunice enjoyed spoiling her grandkids; They were her pride and joy. She also enjoyed garage sales and donating to those in need. Eunice donated a lot of time and effort to the VA hospital as well as the Battle Creek Shelter. She would make hats, blankets, and anything else she could give. Eunice loved to dance; Sometimes her and John would go out dancing up to four nights a week. Her potato salad was famous and required at every family occasion. She was so full of life and love right up to the end.
Eunice is survived by her Husband of 8 years - John Bauserman Sr.; two Sons, Derek (Julie) Skidmore and Ralph Skidmore Jr.; step children, John Bauserman Jr. and Jackie Anderson; 5 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 7 step great grandchildren; Sister, Vivian Brown, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband, Ralph Skidmore Sr., and her Brother, Ed Rigel.
A memorial service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Saturday, March 17, 2018, 3:00 pm.
