Obituary for Chalon Luke Lindsley

Chalon Luke Lindsley, 64, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018 at home. He was born on November 29, 1953, the son of Frank Howard Lindsley and Evelyn Marie (Ives) Lindsley.
Chalon enjoyed working, and considered himself a jack of all trades, but he really loved running his art and antique stores. He had such and adventurous spirit. Chalon enjoyed playing tennis, working out, going to the beach, scuba diving, reading, and anything new. He was always up for a new adventure or trying something he hadn't done before. Even as he got older, and he had some pain, he was never discouraged and would never opt out of a new journey. Chalon had a beautiful soul, he loved the beauty of the world and surrounded himself with brilliant art, antiques, and artifacts. He was kind to everyone and he will be deeply missed by all the lives he touched.
Chalon is survived by his Wife -Linda Fay (Sizemore) Lindsley; two Sons, Brian Brawner and Sean (Kelsey) Brawner; Granddaughter, Alaura; Sister, Carol (David) Campbell; Brother, Eric (Mirna) Lindsley and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Father, Frank Howard Lindsley, Mother, Evelyn Marie Lindsley, Brother, Mark Lindsley.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
