Kim Elizabeth Cuyler-Hayes
Kim "Kono" Elizabeth Cuyler- Hayes, 58, of Marengo Township, Michigan, passed away on Saturday morning, June 25,2016 at Bronson at Home Hospice Residence. She was born on October 7, 1957, the daughter of Gerald and Naomi (Nalley) Cuyer.

Kim graduated from Climax-Scotts Community School in 1975. She received an Associate's Degree of Applied Science in Medical Secretary, and a certificate in Clerical Assistance from KCC in 1993. She worked as a bartender at Mar Creek for several years and then worked for 23 years as secretary in the Allied Health Department, at Kellogg Community College.

She was a kind hearted woman who liked helping people. Her biggest joy in her life was her family. She even had many people she treated like family. She loved going to Mackinaw, reading, gardening, listening to music, needlework projects, and teaching her grandchildren about local wildlife. She was loved by many friends and family members.

Kim is survived by her Husband of 33 years Michael Hayes; three wonderful Daughters, Michele Hayes, Danielle (David) Nelson, and Heather Hayes. She was "Nana" to her four beautiful grandchildren, Calista, Devin, Alexia, and Xavier. She is also survived by her Mother, Naomi Cuyler; two Sisters, Pamela (Tim) Madry, Theresa (Jeff) Lyon and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Father, Gerald Cuyer, and grandparents Harold and Viola Cuyler, and Lee and Shirley Nalley.
