Todd Michael Newman, 47, of Marshall, Michigan, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016. He was born on February 19th, 1969, the son of Larry Gene Newman and Diana Lou (Duncan) Newman.

Todd was a 1987 graduate of Pennfield Schools. He attended Kellogg Community College and received his Bachelor Degree from Miller College. He was employed at Denso Manufacturing for 25 years until retiring on December 1st, 2016 and was formally employed at Piedmont/U.S. Airways in Philadelphia and Kalamazoo.

Todd is survived by his Wife of 26 years, Tamara “Tammy” Sue (Seymour) Newman of Marshall, MI; Son, Cody (Caitlynn) Newman of Battle Creek, MI; Daughter, Tara (Jeff) Duttlinger of Marshall, MI; Sister, Cheryl (Wei) Newman-Lau of Saline, MI; Aunt and Uncle, Connie and Dick Becker of Battle Creek, MI.

Todd was a true family man who dedicated his life to supporting the hobbies and passions of those he most cared for, his wife and children. He enjoyed regular trips to Silver Beach in St. Joseph and spending hours on the hammock at property owned on the Kalamazoo River.

A Memorial Scholarship Fund is to be made in Todd’s name, check’s to be made in care of Tammy Newman.
