Condolences

Condolence From: PennyThayer Pittelkow
Condolence: My Mother is 85 years young. Her words, " Uncle Joe was more than a Uncle to me, he was more like a brother. We were only a few years apart in age. I remember running around on the front porch playing and Mamas would holler at Joe, be careful make sure that child don't get hurt. Joe took it to heart and tried to always take care of Mom like any good big brother would.". My Mamma told me this through her tears when I called to tell her about Joe. My memories of Uncle Joe are a sweet, loving man that always had time for family. Never did I ever hear anything but good about him. God bless the Joe Fields family and give them peace. We will all be together again in Heaven.

Condolence: We were so blessed to know Joe as a result of receiving the selfless gift of his great-grandson through the gift of adoption. While others may have grieved this, he embraced us for which we received a double blessing for knowing him these last 20 years. Through a different relationship than most, we are blessed to call his family our family. A part of our hearts is lost with his passing.

Much love to his wife, children and family.

Dave, Gwen, and children

Condolence: I first met Joe at my parents restaurant the A&P Cafe. He was always polite, respectful and along with supplying uniforms, towels, etc. He also shared his humor. He also worked with me at Ferrari's Hair Salon, keeping us well stocked with towels. I have fond memories of Joe, and I thank his family for sharing him with my family.
