Linda Mae Wissink, 72, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Evergreen Senior Care & Rehab Center. She was born on July 20, 1944, the daughter of Ermol Bruce Keeler and Mary Adeline (Lamoine) Keeler.
She graduated from St. Philip high school in 1962. She worked in retail after high school. On April 23, 1966 she married Fredric Lynn Wissink and they began their family.
Linda is survived by her husband of 50 years - Fredric Wissink of Battle Creek, MI; daughter, Becky (David) Hall of Battle Creek, MI; son, Robert (Wendy) Wissink of Battle Creek, MI; four grandchildren, Jennifer Metzger, Carol Ann Hall, Danielle Wissink, and Jason Wissink; great-grandson, Jesse Metzger, Jr.; Brother, John Keeler and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Mary Lou Lebarre and Donna Street.
Linda was a compassionate woman who loved dogs, cats, reading, camping, and traveling. Above all else, Linda adored her family and enjoyed spending quality time with them, especially her grandchildren.
