Betty Lou Mineno, 78, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. She was born on April 15, 1939, the daughter of Ray Alton and Ethel (Terry) Censke.
Betty is survived by her Husband, Frank Anthony Mineno, Sister, Nancy (Richard) Morgan; Half-Sister, Patty, Half-Brother, Jimmy (Elaine) McGovern; Niece, Christine Anderson; Three Nephews, Anthony Devore, Cody Devore, Jerry Devore and Cousin, Jody (Ginny) Pittman. She was preceded in death by her Father, Ray Alton, Mother, Ethel Censke and Son, Terrance Lee Gingery.
Betty was a lover of animals, especially her poodles, Molly and Dolly, and cats, that she enjoyed taking care of. She enjoyed crocheting, along with thrift store shopping. She was an avid collector of Lennox glass figurines. In her younger years, Betty was a movie extra in Ben-Hur, and enjoyed being a part of the cast.
Interment will take place in the Fort Custer National Cemetery.
Per the families request, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
