Dear Jones family, My heart is so heavy right now. Dena was a very very special person in my life, I was her mentor in global engineering. Global as I am in south east Asia right now, or I would be there with you. I may have been Dena's mentor but I learned and gained so much more from her than she ever got from me. She was talented, hard working and smart and a very good engineer. But she was so much more than that. She was loving, kind, and had a heart of gold, She touched everyone she met and worked with, with her positive energy, her big smile and her infectious laughter. She made lasting friendships throughout the Kellogg world. Everyone loved her and felt blessed to know her. She was a beacon of light and a great friend, I will never forget her and never let go of her in my heart. Yes the lord works in mysterious ways. But he is sure dealing with some stuff right now. So it's no surprise to me that he needed her by his side. She was our go to person. Now she is working the bigger picture, and sorting things out for him, if I know Dena. We are going to miss you DJ.
