Please accept my deepest and most sincere condolences for your tragic loss. Dena was a classmate of mine at Central and I was on the flag corp. with her. She was a charming and delightful young lady. She had a genuine soul, a loving personality and a smile that immediately made you feel like a welcomed old friend that had just arrived home. She will certainly be missed as she has touched countless lives over the years. I was reminded by my priest as I spoke with him about her passing, that our earthly death is merely a transition from this world to our heavenly Father's paradise. I hope that you and your family can find peace in the days to come knowing that you will see her again. I also hope that your souls will be comforted in the knowledge that so many of us will carry Dena's memory in our hearts and her legacy will live on thru us. She reminds me of St. Lucy - the patron saint of Warrior women. Lucy's name means "light", with the same root as "lucid" which means "clear, radiant, understandable." I know that Dena's light will forever shine in our hearts. Peace be with you all at this difficult time and in the days to come. Blessing & Light xoxo
